Dr. Mandy Wong MD, immediate Past President of the Canadian Society of Phlebology

My main area of clinical work has been in the field of Phlebology for over 15 years. I perform sclerotherapy, phlebectomy, and endovenous ablation and am starting to do more work with cutaneous lasers for aesthetic phlebology. I have served on the Executive Board of the Canadian Society of Phlebology for many years and am the immediate Past President of the Society. Further education in the science of Phlebology has always been a passion personally and I have had the priviledge of speaking annual at the Canadian Soceity of Phelbology meetings for many years. I have written a chapter in a text book for the AVLS and have recently had the opportunity to work with some of the most preeminet physcians in the world of phlebology on a UIP document regarding Contraindication of Phlebology which has been submitted for publication.
