Learning Objective: To provide best information on sclerotherapy of small vessels. We will review relevant techniques and strategies for optimizing sclerotherapy treatments of spider veins, including how sclerosant type, volume, concentration, needle size, etc may affect outcome. We will also discuss other treatment modalities such as lasers for spider veins and treating "off the leg".
