Dr Andrzej Szuba is currently Professor of Medicine and the head of the Department of Angiology, Hypertension and Diabetology at Wroclaw Medical University, Poland. He specializes in internal medicine and in vascular medicine.
His primary clinical and scientific interests are: lymphatic disorders, peripheral arterial disease and venous thromboembolic disease.
He is the past President of the International Society of Lymphology. In Poland he is the President of the Lymphological Chapter of the Polish Phlebological Society and the President of the Polish Angiological Society.
Dr Szuba is Vice-Editor-in-Chief of Acta Angiologica and also an Editorial Board member of the Journal of Lymphatic Research and Biology.
