Misaki Kiguchi, MD, MBA, FACS, is a board-certified vascular surgeon with the MedStar Washington Hospital Center and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.

She is a trained specialist in the treatment of both arterial and venous diseases. Her surgical expertise spans the treatment of aortic aneurysms, carotid artery disease, hemodialysis access, peripheral artery disease and venous insufficiency, using the most effective and safest therapies. She is the Director of MedStar Vein Centers and works closely with the multidisciplinary wound care center at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital to treat the spectrum of superficial and deep venous disease.
