Dr. Elena (Rinehardt) Foster MD, RPVI is a board-certified vascular surgeon. She is currently a vascular surgeon at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. She began her career at Lake Washington Vascular in Bellevue, Washington under the mentorship of Dr. Kathleen Gibson and developed experience with treatment of acute and chronic venous and lyphatic conditions. She is a graduate of the vascular surgery residency program at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and completed her medical and undergraduate studies at the University of Washington in Seattle.
She has authored or co-authored multiple articles and has served as a sub-investigator in multiple clinical trials. Dr. Foster has additional expertise in managing Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, co-surgery for malignancies and spine exposures and manages all aspects of arterial disease as a vascular surgeon.
