Dr Simon Daniel is currently a research assist at the Rosalind Franklin Institute, Harwell, Imperial College London involving in the designing of experiments, conducting feasibility studies and developing prototype Ambient Mass Spectrometry instruments.
His past working experience includes being a research scientist at Waters Research Center, designing and developing new ambient ionisation methods for mass spectrometry, focusing mainly on Rapid Evaporative Ionisation Mass Spectrometry (REIMS) and Desorption ElectroSpray Ionisation Mass Spectrometry (DESI).
