Dr Kanin Pruekprasert has obtained his primary medical education, general surgery, and vascular surgery fellowship training from Siriraj hospital, Mahidol university, Bangkok, Thailand. After qualifying for the Thai board of vascular surgery, he undertook the position of clinical research fellow at the Section of Vascular Surgery, Imperial College London, UK. His main areas of interest are chronic venous disease, venous thromboembolism, advanced venous surgery, and vascular metabonomics.
