Otmar Randolph Marald Wikkeling MD, MBA, CMIO, born on 28th of July 1964, Paramaribo, Surinam.
Is a vascular and lymphedema surgeon and has also special interest in both arterial work (CO2, CK-AKI, complex endovascular Aorta) and superficial and deep venous (Pelvic Venous Disease and Post Thrombotic Syndrome) work.

He is also the president of the DCoP, www.dcop.nl and currently treasurer of the Dutch Society of Surgery, https://www.heelkunde.nl/nvvh/bestuur/algemeen-bestuur
He is also Dutch Representative at the UEMS MJCP-EBPh
He is currently practicing at Heelkunde Friesland, https://heelkundefriesland.nl/chirurgen/wikkeling/, locations MCL (teaching) and Nij Smellinghe Ziekenhuis (non-teaching) both in Friesland, The Netherlands.
