Dr. Luis F. Rodríguez Reyes is a Medical surgeon graduated from the Universidad Nacional de El Salvador, Fellowship in Vascular surgery at Baptist Hospital (FL). President of the Phlebology and Endovascular Therapy Association of El Salvador (AFLEBOVASAL) and member of the Educational committee of the International union of Phlebology (UIP). Dr. Rodríguez has participated in multiple consensuses, conferences, and world congresses, promoting Latin American Phlebology and Lymphology.
