Author of about thirty articles and speaker at over 190 times in conferences and
round tables.
He has devoted special attention to the treatment of chronic venous disease
through minimally invasive techniques. Since 2001 has promoted endovenous
procedures such endolaser, radiofrequency, MOCA and ultrasound-guided foam
sclerotherapy. Specialization in Pelvic vein insufficiency and other occlusion venous
syndromes.
In november 2016 set up VB Devices, a start up company for developing new
medical devices in the field of vascular and endovascular surgery.: VARIXIO (a new automated
device for foam preparation), CRABCLAMP (an accessory to secure and aid the
manipulation of catheters and guidewires). One device at final stage of
development: CUTNEEDLE (a scalpel-free acces device needle).
