Dr. Manu Aggarwal is a Board Certified Family Physician since 2003 who is also additonally certified by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine since 2015. She moved to a rural community in Ohio with her husband and three children and joined a small family practice office seeing patients part-time. She was asked to join the Vein Care Center in 2010 which was started by an Interventional Radiologist in 2004. Quickly becoming bored of evaluating patients, Dr. Praveen K. Malhotra decided to train Dr. Aggarwal for almost 4 years before retiring himself. Dr. Aggarwal was added as Medical Director to the IAC accredited Vascular Lab when she joined in 2010. She took over the practice in 2013 and within a year doubled the size of the practice footprint and staff. Adding aesthetics to the practice allowed her to sustain the ebbs and flows of insurance reimbursement. She also added lymphedema therapy to the practice to answer the growing need of care for her patients. Most recently, wound care has been also added to the practice to fill the gaps of closing wound centers in her community and the surrounding areas. Her practice was one of the first 50 practices in the country to attain Vein Center accreditation. She is now entering into a joint venture with other physicians in her community to bring vascular care full circle. Vein Care Center Laser Specialists is located in Lima, Ohio with satellite offices in Celina and Findlay, Ohio.
