He is head of LYMPHOLOGY - HUMANITAS Medical Care & Gavazzeni Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of Lymphatic and Chiliferous Circulation Diseases
He is Executive Committee Member of the European Society of Lymphology - ESL, he is President of LymphoLAB and he is Fellow of the Italian Academy of Medical Art History - Rome
He is Ownner of Mu-L.it Museum :Permanent Exhibition of Stories and Curiosities of Medicine personally curated by Dr. Macciò.
Macciò is author of many international and national papers and Faculty Member, Speaker and Chairmen in over 100 National and International Congresses and Courses about PhleboLymphology
He was President of the 8th International Seminar “Robert Stemmer” The Compression Therapy of PlheboLymphology - Savona-Barcelona-Marseille 2017
He also organized several National Conferences
