Karen L Andrews MD is chair of Amputee Rehabilitation Services in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Director of the Vascular Ulcer Wound Healing Center at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. Dr. Andrews is an associate professor in the College of medicine. Dr. Andrews joined the Mayo Clinic Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in 1991. Her subspecialty interest include amputee rehabilitation, vascular rehabilitation and vascular wound management.
